Re: has anyone ever flown with a cat?
Just curious, but is this only a temporary visit or are you actually relocating? If only a few days-visit, I would strongly advise leaving the kittens at home with a responsible care taker or professional pet sitter. I am in college. I'm going home for over a month. Will come back in mid january. I...

Re: anti-social cat
Every cat has its own personality. They are just like people. I had a kitty a few years ago who used to bite and kick if you paid attention to her. However, if you ignored her she would come and lay next to you or sit on the couch behind your head. She was a big fan of the kitten toy balls - we used...

Re: Strange Kitty Behavior
We are feeding him kibble. but thats what he has been eating for months. He does eat, but he also throws his food all over the floor - a recent development. Went to the vet, No UTI. The laundry baskets are off limits - he doesnt do that anymore. I am more concerned about the abnormal crying and vind...

Strange Kitty Behavior
We have 2 male kittens, 8 & 10 mos, adopted at the same time from the same shelter, both neutered. Our little boy has had a problem with urinating on our bed and in the laundry basket while I'm doing the wash. We took him to the vet about 3 weeks ago (no problems), tried feliway, and got one of ...

Re: Help! My kitten is Peeing on everything
He has been examined by the vet. They were just in to be declawed and have their check-ups. They get fed twice a day and have frest water constantly. This particular kitten doesnt like to play with the toys (the other one is addicted to the feather on the string mess) and we play with them constantl...

Re: Help! My kitten is Peeing on everything
He is neutered and we have talked to our vet. She told us that he was probably craving attention and that the feline psyche is very complex. We should try changing litter and giving him undivided attention for 5 minutes right when we come home. We've tried both of these things but he continues to do...

Help! My kitten is Peeing on everything
We just got 2 kittens. (about 6-7 months old) from a local shelter. I have had them about 2 months now. In the past month, one of them, the younger, has began to pee around the house. He uses the litterbox, but I will pick up laudry off the laudryroom floor and smell it, or there will be a stain in ...
