Interesting indeed....I thought at first it was they we're finding the water level also. Now I just think they love to play with it and see the waves move. We have a orange kitty with gold eyes and he will move a water dish from one end of the bathroom sink to the other daily.

Oooo very cute, that's a gem. Glad I popped in for a visit. It also reminds me, we keep a ceramic bowl of fresh water on the bathroom sink for ours, and with the one I can watch him lapping it up for what seems like forever
