Re: A painful paw...
Will is doing MUCH better today. He got up all on his own and ran to get some food. He's still very sleepy, but he can walk (and run around) on his foot just fine. Must have truly been a bruise and perhaps the sensitivity is gone.

A painful paw...
Its been a while since I've been here, but I've been SOOOO BUSY! Gracie got a brother recently.. hes a cutie, his name is Will :-) They have been getting along REALLY well and I have caught them snuggling and grooming each other. It is wonderful! We do have a problem though. I am bringing Will to th...

Re: Getting a friend
I forgot to mention that my brother has "joint custody" of a miniature pinscher who comes over to play with Gracie a lot. They play a lot and Gracie will go look for her whenever my brother is home. Unfortunately Sophie is never left here and we are afraid to leave them alone for a long ti...

Re: Getting a friend
Gracie is almost a year old, so she is still little. She gets tons and tons of attention because she is rarely left home alone. My mom works at home so she is her companion during the day. But sometimes when my mom leaves Gracie meows and screams up in the hallway (even if I am home) so I think that...

Getting a friend
I noticed that many of the people I know that have cats have multiple cats. A lot of people on this board have more than one cat as well. I only have one cat.. and my mom was talking about how she wondered if she was lonely... Do you think it is better for a cat to have a friend? We give her a lot o...

Cat Nip
At what age is it appropriate for me to give a cat catnip?
I vaguely remember my vet mentioning something about the fact that its not good to give kittens cat nip until a certain age, so I've been buying only toys without catnip.
Gracie is about 6 months old, is this too young?

Re: Gracie's intro!
I asked the vet about the sucking... and she said that it has to stop and that we should take the sock away from her because it is a bad habit and is bad for their teeth. She said that once they suck on something they learn that its ok to suck on everyhting else and can actually ruin things. But I d...
